I suffer from OCD and I wash my hands constantly. I've tried so many lotions, ointments,, serums, etc and this has been the ONLY thing to heal my cracked, bleeding hands! This will be my first winter for a couple years without it and my hands are already a wreck. I hope you can restock this soon!!
I absolutely LOVE this product. And I hate the packaging. I've had issues twice with the pump not working. And since you cannot remove the top of the bottle, once you get to the bottom, you can't get the remaining product out. PLEASE change the packaging! I will continue to buy this because the formula is exceptional. But the packaging drive me crazy.
I love, love, LOVE this serum. Not only does it moisturize and make my nails more resilient, it made my dark age spots on my hands DISAPPEAR. I was not expecting that, but it's awesome. And now, you no longer have it in stock on your site, and not Ulta's nor Amazon. When will this be back in stock? Is there a reason you are not producing it anymore? It IS expensive, but oh so worth it!

The product works, which is what counts the most. It’s light, creamy texture melds right into your hands and nails. It’s just a lovely hand treatment. My one complaint is the delivery system. My bottle dispenser becomes clogged on a regular basis. There’s a small amount of pressure that seems to buildup and the product will suddenly pop out unexpectedly when using the pump dispenser. I’m sure LondonTown can come up with a better design. When you do, then it will be perfect. I do recommend the product, however be aware the dispenser is flawed.

I think this is probably a good product. And I love the mail concealers and probiotics I own from Londontown but this was just a huge waste of money for me- not even because of the product- because I can’t even get the bottle to work to pump any of it out. My hand will be sore by the end of trying and then all of a sudden a small glob will shoot out an stain my shirt. For this much money a bottle that works would have been nice. I guess I could have gone through an exchange process or whatever but both my grandmothers died and I was in the hospital. So there are more important things.
I received a free sample with my order and it is absolutely amazing. It smells good. It absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feeling. And my hands and nails looked so bright and youthful. I do have very dry sensitive skin and this serum worked amazing on me. I would recommend this for everyone. It is sold out at the moment which is really not hard to believe. Will order a full size bottle when it is back!!!
