Flash Dry Nail Fan: Insert 2 AA batteries and place as directed by symbols within battery compartment, then replace battery cover. Place freshly-painted fingers or toes beneath fan and rest them on the bottom panel to activate fan. To turn off, remove your hand/foot from the rest stand.
Flash Dry Top Coat: Apply a thin, even layer over any lakur. For best results, re-apply at first signs of wear to extend the life of manicure or pedicure.
Accelerating Drying Oil: Use the enclosed dropper to apply 1-2 drops at the base of the nail. Relax the fingers or hands downward; gravity will help the oil spread over the nail area naturally.
