Apply one drop to each cuticle area, massaging in circular motions into the cuticle and nail until fully absorbed.
If nails are polished, apply to cuticles only. For best results, use daily or as an intensive treatment post-manicure.
Customers say this serum noticeably improves cuticle appearance and nail strength, with many reporting healthier-looking nails after regular use. Common feedback addresses the bottle design—several mention difficulty dispensing the product and receiving partially full bottles, though some note that pressing the bottom works once understood. Many appreciate the lightweight, non-greasy formula that absorbs quickly. A few users report the serum works best with consistent daily application. While most praise the product's effectiveness, packaging and delivery system concerns are frequently mentioned.
This is Pam Way. I love this product and the benefits it provides for my natural nails! It sells out so quickly that I make sure that I have an extra bottle in my Londontown collection of products!

Good Product
I have only been using the serum for 2 weeks and therefore cannot speak well to its effectiveness but I will say so far I think it has helped soften my cuticles and improved having so many hangnails. I have no difficulty taking the cap off as others have complained but if you follow directions it is easy to remove . Yes it is a bit difficult at first but once you get the hang (Pun) of it you will be ok. I have already ordered a second bottle as I feel it will improve my nails more with time. As the saying goes "Rome wasn't built in a day!"
Good Luck. Keep using it

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Peptide Serum Concentrate?
Peptide Serum Concentrate is a lightweight nail and cuticle serum formulated to deliver an intensive dose of hydration and repair to dry, brittle, or damaged nails and cuticles. Unlike traditional oils or creams, this fast-absorbing gel-serum features 12% active ingredients—including Cranberry Peptides, Aloe, Glycerin, D-Panthenol, and antioxidant-rich botanical extracts—to help strengthen, moisturize, and visibly rejuvenate nails and cuticles.
With daily use, it helps:
- Deeply hydrate dry nails and cuticles
- Help reduce peeling and brittleness
- Soothe stressed, dehydrated cuticles
- Support stronger, healthier-looking nails
- Encourage healthier nail regrowth
Think of it as a daily treatment serum for your nails—similar to how a facial serum delivers concentrated care for your skin.
How is Peptide Serum Concentrate different from cuticle oil?
Both products nourish the nails and cuticles, but they work differently. Peptide Serum Concentrate is a lightweight, water-based gel-serum formulated with concentrated active ingredients that absorb quickly to deliver targeted hydration and repair. Nourishing Cuticle Oil is an oil-based treatment that helps seal in moisture and soften dry cuticles.
For very dry or damaged nails, many people enjoy using the serum first, then following with cuticle oil to help lock in moisture.
What do peptides do for nails?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that help support the condition of the nail and surrounding cuticle. Peptide Serum Concentrate features Cranberry Peptides, which help strengthen weak, damaged nails while supporting healthier-looking cuticles. Combined with hydrating ingredients like Aloe, Glycerin, and D-Panthenol, the formula helps improve the overall appearance and resilience of nails over time.
Together, these ingredients help:
- Support stronger-looking nails
- Reduce the appearance of brittleness
- Improve hydration
- Soothe stressed cuticles
- Promote healthier-looking nail growth
Can I use Peptide Serum Concentrate with nail polish or gel manicures?
Yes. Peptide Serum Concentrate can be used whether your nails are bare or polished. On bare nails, apply the serum directly to the nail plate and cuticles for intensive care. If you're wearing traditional polish or a gel manicure, simply apply it around the cuticles and massage it into the surrounding skin to help replenish moisture without affecting your manicure.
It's especially beneficial:
- After gel or acrylic removal
- Between manicures
- During dry winter months
- After frequent handwashing
- Anytime nails or cuticles feel dry or stressed
Is Peptide Serum Concentrate good for nails after gel removal?
Yes. Peptide Serum Concentrate is an excellent choice for nails recovering after gel polish, acrylics, or frequent manicures. The lightweight formula was specifically developed to help replenish moisture, soothe stressed cuticles, and support brittle or weakened nails during the recovery process.
Following gel removal, it helps:
- Restore hydration
- Calm dry, stressed cuticles
- Help reduce peeling and brittleness
- Support healthier-looking nail regrowth
- Improve the overall appearance of natural nails
For best results, use it daily as part of your nail recovery routine.
Why doesn't the bottle look completely full?
Every bottle of Peptide Serum Concentrate contains the full 10 mL of product listed on the packaging. The visible space inside the bottle is intentional and is part of the airless dispensing system, which helps deliver the serum consistently while protecting the formula. Although the bottle may appear partially filled, you are receiving the full amount of product.
The airless design also helps:
- Dispense the correct amount with each use
- Protect the formula from unnecessary air exposure
- Minimize product waste
- Deliver precise application to each cuticle
