This was what I was hoping for. It just adds a shimmer to the colors. It’s is not sparkly it has little sparkles in it so the light catches and it makes the finish look shiny. I attached a video in hopes that you can see how the top coat reflects the light.
This was just what I was hoping. The subtle sparkle gives a nice shine . I hope it translates in the picture but it gives your nails a shimmer as the light catches the diamond shine.
I love this over whatever base coat I use and it is great!

The diamond topcoat has subtle shimmer to.it but is buildable. Very pretty!
