HOW TO USE

For gel removal:

Gently buff away the top coat, then buff one small area until the nail plate is visible so remover can penetrate.
Soak a cotton ball or round with Prep & Remove Acetone Remover, place it directly on the nail, and cover with foil.
Repeat for every finger and wait 10-15 minutes.
Remove the foil and cotton, then gently push off any remaining softened polish.

For lakur removal:

Soak a cotton round with Prep & Remove Acetone Remover.
Press onto the nail for 3 seconds.
Wipe off using circular motions.

Product works well but the pump doesn't
I've been trying to get the pump on this remover to work and I can't figure it out at all. I've flipped the clear lid open and pushed down on the pump with a cotton ball, but there's no movement at all. I've also tried twisting the pump counterclockwise in case it has to be unscrewed to work, but that also does nothing. I tried to chat on this website, but it's only a bot and doesn't know how to help.

Disappointed
The nail l polish remover did not work as directed. The base coat that was on my nails was unaffected - did not remove my polish. I scratched the nail- left it in solution for 20 minutes with no change- the reason I purchased was because description stated it would remove everything. I went and had the base coat professionally removed- sorry it did not work
