Kit Directions:

 

  1. Apply Gelshift Transformative Top Coat over any polish. Just make sure your polish is completely dry, so wait 2 hours before applying a thin, even coat of this transformative top coat.
  1. Cure for 60 seconds. The magic happens under the UV lamp. Cure for 60 seconds and your favorite polish will harden into a gel mani.
  • HEMA & TPO Free
  • Cures in 60 seconds
  • Maximizes glossiness
  • Chip-resistant, high-shine
  • No trip to the salon, drilling, or damage involved—just paint, cure, and shift any lakur to a gel finish

12ml / .4 fl oz each

Gelshift Top Coat: Start with any Londontown base coat followed by your lakur of choice, then let the polish completely dry. You can apply Gelshift Top Coat after 2 hours of dry time and optimally after 12–24 hours. Once ready, apply a thin, even coat of Gelshift Top Coat. Cure your nails under Foldable UV/LED Gel Lamp for 60 seconds. For some, nails may cure better when 2 to 3 fingers are cured at a time. 

 

Foldable UV/LED Gel Lamp: Connect USB cable to power source to activate the UV/LED lamp. Place hand under lamp and press button to activate 60 second timer.

To remove: Use a nail file to gently buff away the top coat. Soak a cotton ball or round with Londontown Prep & Remove Acetone Lacquer Remover, place it directly on the nail, and cover with aluminum foil. Repeat for every finger. Remove the foil and cotton round after 10 to 15 minutes. Gently push off any remaining polish on your nails.

    This is a game changer for me

    💅🏼 I tried GelShift for the first time using Londontown Vendetta. I waited 15 minutes after I polished my nails. The gel went on easily, didn't pull any of the color as I was applying, and cured perfectly in 60 seconds in my nail lamp. It has a super glossy shine and leaves a nice plump finish to the polish. It's very smooth and I really love the overall durability. It lasts much longer than traditional lacquer topcoat.

    It still looked perfect when I removed it and removal was simple. I used a nail file to break through the gel too and then wrapped my nails in full strength acetone foil nail wraps for 10 minutes. The polish was basically gone and all I had to do was wipe each nail with some acetone to remove it completely off my nail and surrounding skin.

    I included pictures to show how it looked from beginning to end. I wore it for 12 days. I also included a picture of the second manicure I did (blue polish) to test the GelShift on another brand of lacquer. It's definitely a game changer for me. 💅🏼

    Nice application

    I let polish dry for 20 minutes, applied Gel Shift and cured each hand twice, followed by LONDONTOWN cuticle oil. I love the look! Will update or write another review based on wear and removal. It looks gorgeous with Strawberry Milk.

    It’s only day 3, but I’m very impressed! I used Londontown strengthening base coat (the green one-another great product), the illuminating concealer in pink (3 coats) and cleaned up the edges with a brush dipped in acetone. I let it dry overnight, and the next morning used the gel top coat. It’s a little thicker than regular top coat, but still easy to apply a thin layer. Just 60 seconds under my cheap uv lamp and they looked better than the last time I went to a salon! They dried thoroughly except one that I may have used too much, another 20-30 seconds did the trick, and are very durable. I’ve got 2 dogs and am rough on my nails.

    My index finger was bugging me as the polish had an imperfection that I noticed while I was curing the topcoat. Just as the directions indicate, I used a regular emery board and scraped across the top coat near the middle of the nail, just enough to create a small, dull spot by sanding through the shine . I soaked half a cotton round in remover and used a nail clip to hold it on. After 8-10 minutes everything came off very easily! There was no damage to my nail, no scraping or tugging to get it off!

    I’m hoping it lasts, I’ll be happy with 10 days! I plan on another review when they need to be redone.

    The video is right after curing the topcoat the photo is about 3 days later.
