  1. Start with clean, dry feet.
  2. Wear the socks on their own, or apply Londontown Foot Balm to your heels first for a more intensive treatment.
  3. Wear for 20–30 minutes for a quick hydration boost, or leave on overnight for deeper repair and more visible results.
  4. Remove the socks and gently massage any remaining product into the skin. No rinsing needed.
  5. To reuse, wipe the gel-lined interior if needed and hand-wash the exterior fabric only. Lay flat to air dry, then store in a cool, dry place.
