For ultra weak, damaged nails: Follow our recommended 4-week care program below. Repeat this process every 3 months to continue improving results and to maintain healthy nails.
Week 1: Apply directly to clean, bare nails. Layer a new coat of Get Well Nail Recovery to nails daily, and on the third day, start fresh again. Do so by cleaning each nail with Strengthening Lacquer Remover. (Avoid using acetone-based nail polish removers.) Then, apply a new layer of Get Well Nail Recovery to restart your treatment cycle.
Week 2: Apply 1 coat of Get Well Nail Recovery to nails every other day, layering over previous application for one week. On the 7th day, remove the treatment with Strengthening Lacquer Remover.
Week 3: Apply 1 coat to clean, bare nails. If desired, reintroduce nail polish back into your routine; Get Well Nail Recovery may be worn under lakur as a kur-intensive nail primer.
Week 4: Swap out Get Well Nail Recovery and incorporate Nail Hardener & Base Coat to continue strengthening your nails.
To help repair nails between gels/acrylics, or to give nails a kur-intensive reset: Get Well Nail Recovery may be used under lakur. Start with clean nails. Apply one thin, even coat of treatment to bare nails. Follow with your favorite kur base coat, then polish as usual.

After years of gel & press on nails, my natural nails were weak, thin & splitting. I couldn’t grow them out without them ripping. I used this polish as directed & within a month my nails were strong enough to grow out! I now only use LONDONTOWN polished & nail care products because I believe in them so much!
I love the look of the Get Well Nail Recovery while it’s doing its thing. I haven’t noticed much of a difference yet been only been using it a week. Love all their products. They go on easy and look beautiful
I recently stopped getting dip nails and this has been a nail repair miracle. My nails look so amazing that I never want to go back to destroying them again. A beautiful natural look is what I’m going for now.
It works. My nails had cracks and chunks out of them and this kind of healed it after a week. Will keep wearing it to see how they improve. It smells horrible.
First, if you are looking for a miracle product that stops peeling in a week, stop reading. You won't be happy with anything you buy because miracles don't exist! But if you are willing to give it a real try, keep reading.
I keep my nails painted, like, always. As a result they've gotten a little haggard and two nails in particular would not stop peeling/splitting. It would ruin my manicure in like 2 days and no matter what I did they would not stop.
I bought this product and knuckled down (see what I did there?). I had "naked nail summer" and used only Kur Get Well Nail Recovery pretty much exactly as instructed. I kept cutting the nails short and layering on the GWNR. Did the nails peel again? Yes. Twice. Because the damage was done long ago. BUT as the nail grew out, they looked prettier than I'm used to. Very smooth and healthy. And after the 3rd or 4th trim, with continual application, they are as good as new. (maybe 2.5 months?)
As an added bonus, i didn't hate the way my nails looked with no polish (which i generally do) while using the product. The sheen and smoothness was really nice.
Finally, I have a weird pinky toe nail on my left foot that doesn't really grow right. It is mostly cuticle and nailbed. As an experiment, I put GWNR on it everytime I thought of it while using it for my fingers. I'l be da$%ed if I didn't grow an actual toenail this summer.
So overall this is a big YES from me.
