    It works

    It's a small bottle but I use way less of it than other polish removers. I used one cotton ball per hand. Other removers you use so much of it each time. It works well

    Excellent product.

    Some of the kur products I use get thick after a few uses. I ordered this thinner and it has done an excellent job. It takes approximately 4 to 6 drops and the polish applies so beautifully. The picture I am submitting is the pink illuminating nail kur after I used the thinner.

    FINALLY, They Made It After My Many Email Requests

    The greatest!!! Have renewed 6 of my dried up or too thick polishes. 💅 I've thrown away so many of my Illumination colours because they'd get too think halfway through the bottle. Wasted money, 💸 "my hubbie would say, ANOTHER package from Londowtown! Come on!" My retort, "They got thick." 🌈See the pic below of the polishes "I've saved."

    Another problem solver from Londontown!

    This is a great product to extend the life of bottled nail lacquers as well as to individualize viscosity to personal preference. Since humidity, temperature, and other factors affect the consistency of nail lacquers, this is a wonderful product to keep on hand for whenever needed. Highly recommend!

    Bad customer service

    My bottle of lacquer thinner came almost empty - it clearly leaked in the box (cardboard stained and strong smell of thinner). I thought this would be easy to resolve by contacting customer service to get a replacement, but after two phone calls (no one answers the phone and I had to leave voicemails both times) and two emails to customer service, I have yet to hear back from the company. So easy to order, so many marketing emails, but ZERO customer service.
