The LONDONTOWN SMS Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by LONDONTOWN USA (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

How to Enter

To enter, sign up for LONDONTOWN SMS marketing messages via the entry method provided through Sponsor’s website, pop-up form, or promotional landing page during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person and per mobile number. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on 2/10/26 and ends on 2/28/26 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $150 LONDONTOWN digital gift card. The gift card is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via SMS by March 31, 2026.

To receive the notification and prize, the selected winner must remain an active SMS subscriber at the time of notification and respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor (e.g., 72 hours). If the selected winner opts out, is unreachable, or does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected. The selected winner must provide a valid email address to which the gift card will be delivered digitally. 

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. 

Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
