Dip dotting tool into lakur and apply to nail to create designs. Wet the brush in your Londontown Lacquer Remover of choice to clean along the cuticles and edges of nails. After, clean each end using a cotton round saturated in Lacquer Remover. Rinse with water and pat dry.
