Start with dry nails. File each side of the nail using even pressure, only filing in one direction to avoid creating micro tears in the nail. Then use the same amount of pressure to file the center until desired shape is achieved.

    The quality of this emery board is great. 3.00 best spent. Very fine quality and makes a tedious job of filing quite simple. Doesnt tear nails like some stronger nail files do.
