Product great; application not
The positive point to make is that the product works very well. It not only cleans the nails of old polish, but is also a good first step for new polish. My routine is to remove the polish and let my nails be bare for a few days. When I do use polish, I prepare my nails by using a swipe of this on my nails. For me, it helps the polish adhere to the nail better.
The negative is the applicator. I can’t get the pump to work so I have to open the bottle and get the solution. Please review the mechanics of the applicator and modify it to work.

Product works well but the pump doesn't
I've been trying to get the pump on this remover to work and I can't figure it out at all. I've flipped the clear lid open and pushed down on the pump with a cotton ball, but there's no movement at all. I've also tried twisting the pump counterclockwise in case it has to be unscrewed to work, but that also does nothing. I tried to chat on this website, but it's only a bot and doesn't know how to help.
