This cherry red nail veil is so pretty and buildable. 3 coats is the perfect red jelly for me. I do like to use a coat of high gloss topcoat but it's not necessary. The veils can be worn without base or top coats.
My visible nail line is a little too opaque for this polish unfortunately. I built it up in 5 coats and it was still rather sheer. Kinda wish I had gone for the pink instead

Let me start by saying I have almost all of these nail veils. The first time I used one I was amazed. When I removed it, after a week of wear, my nails were brighter, smoother, and stronger. Every couple of manis I wear a nail veil for 2 weeks. They look better than ever. I recently broke a couple of long ones cleaning. After cutting them back to match in length I applied the Poppy. In a couple of weeks they will be just as before but stronger. I highly recommend these products. There are so many beautiful options.
I love the look of this, and I’m not one for sheer gels. I’ve become a huge fan of the formula and range of Londontown products . I just started using them in October 2025 and my nails have truly never looked better. This nail veil is a lovely shade — a perfect Valentine treat!
