Received and was excited to use, except the bottle, the packaging, the “how to use” link online, and even the little video of someone using it… nowhere does it say to press on the bottom to get dispense the product from the bottom. Had to look through reviews to see if ANYONE else couldn’t figure this out.
Please update the packaging or something, Londontown. Could be the best product in the world but if you can’t figure out how to use it (and let’s be honest, no other product that I can think of comes in a “squeeze the bottom of this otherwise glass vial to dispense” container/application), it’s just a waste.
