Product Details

A plumping base coat that grips onto polish for the ultimate chip-resistant, long-wear manicure/pedicure. This is a uniquely flexible formula that provides the tackiness needed for next-level adhesion—which means any lakur (or nail decal) sticks on to stay on. Think of it as the ultimate nail primer: made to last, incredibly chip-resistant, and as always, powered by nail-loving botanicals to infuse supercharged care with every application.

How to use

Start with clean nails. Apply one thin, even coat to bare nails. Let set for 1-2 minutes then follow with 1-2 coats of lakur.

Amazing Hold/Grip!!
This base coat really grips the polish and makes the manicure last longer. Top with the Gel-strong top coat and my nails look wonderful. Highly recommend

Amazing!
This stuff is great! It's nice and plumping! And it's so shiny it can be worn alone! It's the best base coat I've ever used!

Grips the polish not my nail
After two days, the entire polish comes off my nail as if it were a fake nail peeling off. Comes clean off base coat and all. I have tried using grip lock more than once and each time the polish either chips or peels off. I have better results with the basic gel base coat. While the polish does go on smooth, it doesn’t last. Not worth it for me.

Grip Lock - love it and don't like it
Grip Lock definitely helps keep the polish from chipping, and the manicure lasts. I have weak nails and long lasting polish helps them grow.
I have a problem with removing it though -- it creates a layer that is very difficult to remove and results in having to use force and scraping to get it off my soft nail tips. Is there a better way to remove Grip Lock?
If I could remove it without damaging my nails I'd give it 5 stars.

Fabulous product!!!!! I did my nails a week and I half ago and they still look great, not one chipped nail. Your Londontown products are the best! If I could I give your line 10 stars I would! Love it all!!!!!🥰
