First, paint 1-2 coats of our dusty rose-tinted Perfecting Nail Veil, a revitalizing blend of AHAs, antioxidants, and plant extracts that gently resurface and replenish nails. Then, lock in all that color and care with High Gloss Top Coat, our finishing layer that gives nails a plush, gel-like finish.
