This was what I was hoping for. It just adds a shimmer to the colors. It’s is not sparkly it has little sparkles in it so the light catches and it makes the finish look shiny. I attached a video in hopes that you can see how the top coat reflects the light.
This was just what I was hoping. The subtle sparkle gives a nice shine . I hope it translates in the picture but it gives your nails a shimmer as the light catches the diamond shine.

I applied Diamond Shine Top Coat over 2 coats of Champagne In Bed. This pulled out all the little luminzing flecks from the polish. Even though it's dry now it still looks wet. Im really pleased with this as I am with all my Londontown purchases. Definitely will be buying again.
Love this top coat! It dries hard and has just enough sparkle to make nails look super glossy without looking like glitter. Pictured is one coat of diamond shine over 2 coats of lavender concealer.
