I was hoping to love this new color, but the “layering” didn’t work for me. One layer was streaky, and I allowed plenty of dry-time. I decided to try a second layer but even with lots of drying time my nails look patchy and bumpy. I tried to topcoat with my Londontown, but after one day the texture was uneven and the nails were chipping.

Beautiful finish and buildable color
You have to very carefully and patiently apply this color and it will look really pretty! I do 3 coats: 1st coat, wait 4 minutes, 2nd coat, wait 6 minutes, 3rd coat and you need 20-30 minutes to let it cure and 50-60 for full doneness. You can also just do the two coats if you don’t have as much time, it still looks nice!
I use two coats of the ridge filler letting it dry between coats and then use the base coat before the polish and after it dries I use the top coat……….using thinner coats of polish is better and adding another top coat after a few days helps the mani last longer. I LOVE the Cherry Cola color and hope it isn’t discontinued.
